If I could give them loss than zero I would . They took me down to the shower room and there was oo all over the shower room

Dr. Nurses and CNA have been great here have given great care they are true pros and care about catering for their patient

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!!! This is the worst place you could ever put an elderly parent. DO NOT be fooled by the good reviews. It’s a money making organization. They ARE horrible!!!!!! Tasia in HR is the worst, and unethical…. They are not in the business of rehabilitating your elderly parent, or helping them with the basic of needs, and just looking to make as much money off of your elderly parent as possible…

Elisa was a great help in locating my relatives mis placed clothes

My mother has been here for about 5.5 years and in the beginning it was the hardest thing for her. I am so grateful for all the employees at PCPA for all they do. It’s a hard job for everyone but I want to say thank you all for making my mother feel at home .

I went to visit my grandmother today and as I was entering the room I didn’t know whom was with my grandmother and I didn’t walk in, instead I listened only because I seen her smiling and the young lady named Elisa was so tender and very sweet to my grandmother and i was so happy and not worried that my grandmother was lonely and sad. Elisa is genuinely caring person her smile her honesty has my grandmother very comfortable the staff is amazing thank you

I will never recommend this facility to someone. The dishes was dirty.

Elisa is always willing to help attentive and is very good with my mothers . I like that she walks patients outside she’s very talkative, smiles always and her spirits are always inspiring

My mother was placed here for 2 months. I can say the care has gotten better since last year. Elisa was great!! She would come in almost every time I was there to check on my mom and was always smiling, caring attitude, and brighted the room. I also would like to thank the therapist that worked with my mom. They all did a great job!!!

Our experience at PCPA has been & continues to be the BEST Possible. The entire staff from the Dr’s, Nurses, Physical Therapists, CNA’s to Laundry, Housekeeping, Cooking, Personnel & Beauty Needs have ALL been & continue to be met on a daily basis. Everyone is kind, loving & compassionate to our mother whom has been in long term care with Alzheimers Dementia for 11-years next month. Not only do they meet her needs physically, the Activities they Help her to engage in on a daily basis has helped her emotionally & psychologically with & through this difficult time in her life. She still enjoys many of the different activities they do everyday even though she may not be able to engage as she once did. A Huge Thank You to Mercy, head of activities, for All she does, “Activities” would not be what they are if not for Mercy, she is a True Blessing in So Many Ways!!! My sister & I are So Very Grateful for the Care provided for & to our Mother at PCPA as not one person alone can provide the Care needed for someone suffering from this horrible disease!! Thank You For Your Loving & Excellent Care PCPA!!!❤️
