Elisa is always willing to help attentive and is very good with my mothers . I like that she walks patients outside she’s very talkative, smiles always and her spirits are always inspiring

My mother was placed here for 2 months. I can say the care has gotten better since last year. Elisa was great!! She would come in almost every time I was there to check on my mom and was always smiling, caring attitude, and brighted the room. I also would like to thank the therapist that worked with my mom. They all did a great job!!!

Our experience at PCPA has been & continues to be the BEST Possible. The entire staff from the Dr’s, Nurses, Physical Therapists, CNA’s to Laundry, Housekeeping, Cooking, Personnel & Beauty Needs have ALL been & continue to be met on a daily basis. Everyone is kind, loving & compassionate to our mother whom has been in long term care with Alzheimers Dementia for 11-years next month. Not only do they meet her needs physically, the Activities they Help her to engage in on a daily basis has helped her emotionally & psychologically with & through this difficult time in her life. She still enjoys many of the different activities they do everyday even though she may not be able to engage as she once did. A Huge Thank You to Mercy, head of activities, for All she does, “Activities” would not be what they are if not for Mercy, she is a True Blessing in So Many Ways!!! My sister & I are So Very Grateful for the Care provided for & to our Mother at PCPA as not one person alone can provide the Care needed for someone suffering from this horrible disease!! Thank You For Your Loving & Excellent Care PCPA!!!❤️

I went to visit a family friend and Elisa greeted me and the family. She was very attentive and I loved the interaction she had with our friend. Her overall customer service was amazing. It was great to see the caring that was provided

The place was amazing for my dad. Elisa made me feel at home. Made sure I was comfortable leaving him in their care. The only issue we had was Tasha from social services. Not only was she rude. She doesn’t listen to the family nor does she correctly transfer patients. She denied transportation for my dad to their sister facility in Monterey. Ask for Daisy instead.

Had a family member stay here. A CNA told my blind wheelchair bound family member that someone took their wheelchair while my family member was on the ground (for their safety) writhing in pain, which caused my family to yell and become upset. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.

My wife have been having some major health issues that resulted partial paralysis in her legs. The staff are the best! Special thanks to Elisa in admissions, staff Jenifer and Jasmin. “At what they do I couldn’t ask for for better staff to put our trust in.” I would highly recommend Pacific Coast Post Acute . The staff are Caring, compassionate and they go far and above and beyond in their care for their patients. “You’re in great hands if you need their services.” The staff Elisa, Jenifer and Jasmin really care about their patients.” The whole staff are outstanding! Skilled nursing is a well run , clean and safe facility.Excellent nursing staff .great physical and occupational therapists. The CNA are professional and kind .staff took great care of my mother . We are very fortunate to have this level of care for our loved ones ..
